How we support your school
- Problem Support– With Education ICT Support, if you’re having an issue with your system or computer, you have the ability to log tickets via our online portal which your team can do with a personalised login. This can be done at any time of the day and your dedicated support team will get on it as soon as possible. You’ll be able to monitor where we are up to with your ticket via our portal too.
- Site Visits – You’ll have site visits as frequently as your choose dependant on your support package. During these visits we can fix any problems you may be having, update existing IT solutions, carry out new work and more.
- Server Monitoring – We believe in proactive and preventative maintenance and that’s why we offer server monitoring as part of our education IT support package so that we can keep you up and running no matter what.
