Here at Clayton Brook Primary School we have been working with Western for a number of years now and it’s been a very pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable with enquires for equipment, obtaining the best possible prices, and even going that bit further to source bits of replacement parts for equipment that is several year’s old, and sometimes coming up good with the goods! Their on-site technicians are super knowledgeable and eager to help with any problems arising with equipment. The new on-line ticket system is very user friendly with regular updates as the work progresses.
We would certainly recommend Western Business Systems to anyone looking for either equipment purchases and/or an SLA for technical support.
